Mr. Cuppers possesses profound experience in the international consulting industry. Before founding Cuppers Consulting, he worked several years for one of Germany’s leading consultancies in the field of Supply Chain Optimisation. He has managed several successful international projects in the fields of process optimisation, supplychain reengineering and cost optimisation. Mr. Cuppers is responsible for the project acquisition and the strategic development of the company. Furthermore, Mr. Cuppers supervises important projects and coordinates the international activities of Cuppers Consulting.

Paz Collado
Financial Director and Partner

Mrs. Collado is in charge of the financial control and planning at Cuppers Consulting. She is responsible for the budgeting of all projects as well as the budget control. Under her supervision are all accounting functions including investment control, liquidity and the financial performance of the Company. As a partner of Cuppers Consulting Mrs. Collado has full financial authority.

Silviu Calin
Senior Consultant

Mr. Silviu Calin is a senior specialist in the areas of Procurement and Supply Chain Reengineering and manages within Cuppers Consulting the competence centres for these fields. Mr. Calin is equipped with the experience and the knowledge gained from leading several successful projects at international and national level. Prior to joining our team, Mr. Calin worked for the Polish and Romanian offices of a leading international consultancy in the field of procurement optimization. Vlad Damian
Consultant

Mr. Vlad Damian joined Cuppers Consulting in 2008. As a consultant he was deployed at projects in North America and Eastern Europe, gaining relevant expertise in these markets. He provided leadership and developed and implemented optimization concepts, innovative strategies and solutions for different clients, both manufacturers and traders, focused on the non-durable and durable goods industries. Prior to joining Cuppers Consulting, Mr. Damian worked several years for a US-based consultancy in the Los Angeles and Denver offices.
